Description of the scholarship The University of Antwerp is currently accepting applications from all students into their 2020 scholarship program. Such candidates must be eligible to pursue a doctorate degree. For scholarship applicants, a shortlist of 12 applicants (and a reserve list) will be given to VLIR-UOS for further selection and validation. No more than   12   scholarships are available. VLIR-UOS will make the additional selection of eligibility, according to the criteria mentioned in the application form (last page). Shortly thereafter, they will notify us of their decision.
